Shipping policy

All orders are hand-poured, packed, and shipped from Los Angeles. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within 10 days of the estimated delivery window, email us immediately at contact@trywhiff.co with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll make it right.
